1. Introduction

Welcome to SwiftServices. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

SwiftServices provides custom web design services for local businesses based on a flat-fee model. The baseline prices are $49 for one-page and $99 for multi-page websites. Country pages may show localized currency equivalents. Prices exclude third-party domain and hosting costs unless otherwise explicitly stated.

3. The "Preview Before You Pay" Guarantee

We build a live, functional preview of your website on a temporary subdomain (e.g., Netlify). You are under no obligation to purchase the website if you are dissatisfied with the preview. Payment is only required if you choose to proceed with launching the site on your official domain.

4. Payment Terms

Once you approve the preview, the full flat fee ($49 or $99) is due. Upon receipt of payment, we will transfer the code and assets or configure the DNS routing to make the site live on your domain. All sales are final post-launch.
